Penn Packaging offer an extensive range of pallet stretch-wrapping machines suitable for all production requirements and environments.

Our goal is not only to provide equipment suitable for every customers needs but also to specialise in meeting customers individual requirements by offering customisation or special accessories and options etc.

The range of semi-automatic pallet stretch-wrapping machines supplied by Penn Packaging Limited, allow for the efficient wrapping of any type of pallet, load, independently of height, stability or configuration.

The semi-automatic models only require an operator for the beginning and end of each wrapping cycle.

Cadet Cadet
The CADET model is a semi-manual machine suitable for pallet wrapping applications that may be presently performed manually.

This machine is supplied, as standard, with fixed carriage speed and an adjustable turntable speed together with a soft start and an indexed stop to ensure the pallet always stops in its starting position.

Using a manually activated film carriage the operator has complete control during the wrapping cycle.

The operation of pallet stretch-wrapping with this model is simple. The operator loads the pallet, ties the film to the turntable film clamp and initiates the turntable rotation. Using the film carriage handle and releasing the brake the operator can then move the film carriage assembly up and down the column as necessary, ensuring that the pallet is completely wrapped with film.

Joystick Joystick
The JOYSTICK model is a semi-manual machine that operates more like a semi-automatic machine. This model is suitable for pallet wrapping applications that may be presently performed manually.

This machine is supplied, as standard, with fixed carriage speed and a fixed turntable speed together with an indexed stop to ensure the pallet always stops in its starting position.

Using a manually activated film carriage the operator has complete control during the wrapping cycle.

The operation of pallet stretch-wrapping with this model is simple. The operator loads the pallet, ties the film to the turntable film clamp and initiates the turntable rotation. Using the film carriage switch on the operator panel, the operator can accurately move the film carriage assembly up and down the column as necessary, ensuring that the pallet is completely wrapped with film.

Mido Mido
The MIDO model is a semi-automatic machine suitable for most pallet wrapping applications.

A semi-automatic machine is suitable for stretch wrapping a wide range of palletised loads and together with an operator an output of 20-30 pallets per Hour is generally achievable.

This machine is supplied, as standard, with variable carriage speed and an adjustable turntable speed together with a soft start and an indexed stop to ensure the pallet always stops in it's starting position.

The MIDO also has the ability to perform a variety of programmed wrapping cycles such as cross wrapping, upwards wrapping only and a waterproof wrapping cycle together with variable top and bottom timer controlled wrapping.

Junior Junior
The JUNIOR model is our best selling semi-automatic machine suitable for almost all pallet wrapping applications.

Featuring a PLC controlling all machine functions, this model offers the most flexibility in pallet wrapping operations.

As you would expect many features are standard such as indexed stop, soft start, electronic speed adjustment, powered film carriage with brake, reinforcing film wraps setting, load height detection by photocell, rain proof wrapping mode, manual turntable and carriage mode etc.

The Junior model is a truly versatile machine for the most demanding of production environments.

Senior-A SENIOR-A
This automatic pallet wrapper features a square turntable rather than the more conventional driven roller unit. This machine is most suited for production lines or warehouses where pallets are transported with forklifts trucks.

The Senior A has a fully automatic working mode, and its cycle start is optionally activated by remote control from the fork lift cab. Once the pallet is wrapped the operator must remove the wrapped pallet by forklift.

The film is gripped, applied to the pallet and cut / sealed at the end of the cycle completely automatically enabling the operator to remain in the fork lift truck.


Senior-L SENIOR-L
This automatic pallet wrapper can be integrated in an automated pallet infeed / outfeed line. Its PLC can be interfaced with any other packaging equipment or line control system and easy signal exchange.

The pallet load is detected, positioned, wrapped and discharged all to the parameters set by the operator.

This model is suited to production throughputs of between 20-40 pallets per hour.




LINE LINE
The LINE is a top level high performance pallet stretch-wrapping machine suitable for production throughputs of up to 50 pallets per hour.

Its main features are driven roller turntable equipped with soft start, indexed stop with electronic speed adjustment. The film carriage is equipped with adjustable speed and various wrapping modes.

The programmable LCD panel with graphic icons for adjustment and selection of the different operations and parameters.

Infeed and outfeed conveyors can be easily linked to the machine to cater for the individual needs of the customer.

SPIN SPIN
The SPIN automatic pallet wrapper features a rotating film carriage unit rather than the more conventional rotating pallet system. Because of its design this machine is ideal for applications where high pallet wrapping throughput is required or alternatively where light or unstable pallets are used.

The SPIN operates in a fully automatic working mode, and the cycle start, film wrapping, cutting etc. is completely autonomous. Once the pallet is wrapped the integrated driven roller conveyor transports the wrapped pallet forward.

The film is gripped, applied to the pallet and cut / sealed at the end of the cycle completely automatically requiring an operator only to replenish film when low or empty.
