Penn Packaging Limited offer an extensive range of both carton sealing and carton erecting machines suitable for all production requirements and environments.

The range of carton sealing machines supplied by Penn Packaging Limited, allow for the efficient taping and sealing of any type of carton regardless of size, height and weight.

The range of equipment offers both semi-automatic and fully automatic equipment depending on the customers requirement, using conventional adhesive tape or Hot Melt Glue.

D15NC D15NC
The D15NC is a semi-automatic carton/case batch sealer for self adhesive tape. This model is fitted with side drive belts to support and drive the carton efficiently through the machine. The carton height and width settings are easily adjustable with two wheel cranks.

Carton introduction and flap folding are performed manually and the machine simultaneously tapes both the top and bottom of the carton.






D25NC D25NC
The D25NC model is a semi-automatic random size case sealing machine suitable for self adhesive tape, either 2" (50mm) or 3" (75mm).

This machine uses side driving belts to transfer the carton through the machine whilst applying the top and bottom tape. The height and width adjustments of this machine are, however, fully automatic and therefore suitable for situations where random sized cartons are used on the same line as no manual intervention is required in adjustment.





D35NC D35NC
The D35NC automatic carton sealer is similar in performance to the D15 in as much as the carton height and width adjustments are performed manually, however, this model automatically folds and closes the top flaps as the case is driven into the machine.

As an option this machine may be fitted with a hot melt glue system instead of adhesive tape.







D45NC D45NC
This model is a fully automatic machine that completely adjusts to the height and width of the carton and closes the flaps automatically as they are presented. This machine is also fitted with a dosing unit to ensure a completely automatic operation without the need of any operator intervention.

Undoubtedly, the L45 is the best option to be randomly fed with random cartons from different production lines.





BE BE-2 case former
The BE-2 is a fully automatic carton/case erecting machine. The carton blanks are picked from the magazine, formed, bottom flaps folded and taped and presented at the discharge of the machine. The opened carton is then ready for manual or automatic filling and for transfer into a secondary carton sealer.

This model can be configured and supplied with a hot melt glue option.
